How to display message time stamps?

Configure your widget to display the time the message was sent under messages sent by the customer and the bot.

In conversational widgets, you can display the time when the bot, customers, and agents send messages.

To display time stamps, do the following:

In the Bold360 AI platform, go to Touchpoints > Widgets and click Personalize on the Floating widget pane.
Select the Knowledge Base or URL for your conversational widget.
On the Advanced tab, select Display message time stamps.
Save your changes.
