How to use context in user search

You can map context values that are part of an intent or a phrasing to the relevant context categories.

Make sure you're using a conversational knowledge base and a context category where detecting the context from user search is enabled. For more information about context see What are Bold360 AI contextual answers?.

You can add a phrase that includes an example context value and map it to the context category.

In the Bold360 AI platform, go to Knowledge > Articles.
Open an article or create a new one.
Add a phrasing that contains a context value.
Example: For example, you have a context category for Product and one of its values is SAP. You have an article with the title How do I change my password? with multiple context variations including one where the Product context is SAP. Now, you're adding the phrase I need to access SAP.
Once you added the phrasing, you can click on the word that is the context value and select the context category it belongs to.
Publish the article.

Now when the user uses the phrasing you just added, the article variation that has the context that is defined for the phrase is displayed.
