How do I change the widget text when minimized?

In the AI Console, go to Touchpoints > Widgets.
Click Personalize under the widget that you want to change.
Select the Knowledge Base, URL, or domain where you want to make this change.
On the Basics tab, type the message in the Title (minimized) field that you want to display in your widget when minimized. The change is shown in the display of how your widget will look, in the right-hand section of the page.
Click Save changes, then click OK.
