How to add a "Click-to-Call" link to an article
A click-to-call button allows customers to call your support number quicker.
- Create a new article in your knowledge base, or use an existing article to add the Click-to-Call link.
- In the article editor, click the link button
.
- In the pop-up window, under Protocol, choose <other>.
- In the URL field, enter tel://1800-000-000.
- Click OK.
If you have Skype installed on your workstation, when you click on the link Skype will open and dial that number.
