New SSO service: transition from LogMeIn Authentication Service to Genesys DX Product Authentication Service

Please read this article if one or more of your account domains is configured to use Bold360 SSO service.

Bold360 SSO service currently utilizes LogMeIn Common Identity Authentication Service. This is going to be changed in 2022.

Why does this need my attention? 

Bold360 SSO service utilizes LogMeIn Common Identity Authentication Service.  However, Bold360 service will migrate to Genesys, under the name “DX”.

We are targeting to switch over to the Genesys DX Product Authentication Service in Q1 2022.
After this date, the LogMeIn Common Identity Authentication Service will no longer be viable for Bold360/DX. 

What do I need to do? 

  • Please appoint an SSO admin who will carry out the necessary configuration changes and provide us with their e-mail address, so we can set them up as SSO admins on our end as well.

You can provide the e-mail address of your SSO admin directly to your CX, account manager, or customer support. 

  • Follow this process to configure the Genesys DX Product Authentication Service. If you are having trouble, contact Customer Service.

What happens if I do not test or apply the changes? 

We strongly recommend that you carry out the necessary tests and apply the configurations prior to the switchover date. In this way, you can experience a smooth switchover with minimum to no downtime. 

Please note that if the required configuration changes will not be in place by the time the switchover occurs, your users will not be able to log into the platform.
