Display article metadata in the Advise widget

In Advice widgets, you can display metadata of an article so that customers gain more insights. Displayable metadata includes the following:

Article creation date
Last updated date
Most recent person who updated the article
Labels

To enable this feature, do the following:

In the AI Console, go to Touchpoints > Widgets.
Click Personalize under the widget type that you want to change.
Select a knowledge base or URL to customize.
On the Basics tab, select Display Article Metadata.
Save your changes.
