In the floating widget, it is possible to display a list of articles or FAQ when the user clicks on the widget
To make the widget display an FAQ upon click, do the following:
- In the AI Console, go to .
- Click on the Personalize button under floating widget, and choose the URL or knowledge base.
- Go to the Position & Size tab, and select Open on click.
- Go to the FAQ tab, and click Add FAQ List.
- Click More and make sure Display upon widget load is selected.
- Optional: Change the order in which the articles are presented.
You have the following options:
- Most Frequently Asked Questions, which orders articles based on popularity
- Title Ascending, which puts articles in alphabetical order
- Title Descending, which puts articles in reverse alphabetical order
- Most Recently Updated, which orders articles based on last modified date and the most recently modified article is listed first
By default, articles in your FAQ are sorted by popularity.
- Click Save Changes on the widget preview section to save the settings.
