Bold360 AI 21.4 release notes
Bold360 AI version 21.4 contains the following new enhancements:
Knowledge Base Launchpad
Note: This option is not available by default, it must be enabled for the knowledge base on account level. For more information contact your Customer Success Manager.
The knowledge base launchpad enables content managers to jumpstart a knowledge base. It offers several packages of predefined intents that content managers can use to quickly fill their knowledge base with content. To access the knowledge base launchpad, go to . User flows in Search Optimizer
Content managers can now view what the user searched for before and after a voice selected in Search Optimizer. This enables them to gain more insight into what the user was trying to achieve which may provide them with more content optimization opportunities. Bold360 Mobile SDK releases
New releases are available for Bold360 AI Mobile for iOS Harmony and Bold360 AI Mobile for Android Harmony.
