Salesforce Summary report

The report contains the number of Salesforce Contacts and/or Leads created (manually or automatically) in Salesforce from a total number of answered chats.

See activity for a specified date range.

Total
Total number of chats started.
Answered
Number of chats that agents answered.
Messages
Number of messages that agents sent.
Contact
Number of Contacts added to Salesforce.
Lead
Number of Leads generated and added to Salesforce.
Note: When no custom operator filters are selected the chatbot is excluded from report.
