How do I import FAQ from a Website?

Before you begin:
Before you import your FAQ into the Bold360 AIKnowledge Base, make sure that the FAQ page is built of questions and answers in a logical structure. For example, you can add your questions in HTML heading tags and your answers in paragraphs. You can also use paragraphs only and bold your questions so that the import process can differentiate questions from answers. - Only articles from a single FAQ page can be imported. FAQs where every article is on an individual page cannot be imported. For this reason, if you have an FAQ similar to that of Twitter or YouTube, you will not be able to import articles.
