Bold360 AI version 20.3.1 contains the following new enhancements:
Bold360 Mobile SDK releases
The following Bold360 Mobile Harmony versions have been released:
- Bold360 Mobile for iOS Harmony 3.8.5 and 3.8.6. For more information see the Bold360 and BoldChat Developer Center.
- Bold360 Mobile for Android Harmony 4.1.1. For more information see the Bold360 and BoldChat Developer Center.
Enhanced Support Center Configuration
Now if you enter the URL of your Bold360 Admin Console (<account>.nanorep.co) in the Support Center Domain field while configuring your Support Center, the system returns an error message and doesn't save the configuration.
Enhanced Search Optimizer
In some cases when adding phrases to an intent from Search Optimizer, the phrase was not added to the intent due to an NLP verification that was done upon adding the phrase. Now voices added as phrases to an existing intent are added automatically.

Enhanced dual control for article approvals
When the dual control for article approvals option is enabled, knowledge base managers with Edit rights can now reject articles in Waiting for approval status, that is, articles that they previously sent for approval. This way the author of the article doesn't have to ask the approver to reject the article in case they realize additional changes need to be made to the article before it is approved.
