Bold360 ai version 20.2.8 contains the following new enhancements:

Bold360 Mobile SDK releases

The following Bold360 Mobile Harmony versions have been released:

Bold360 Mobile for iOS Harmony 3.8.3 and 3.8.4. For more information see the Bold360 and BoldChat Developer Center.
Bold360 Mobile for Android Harmony 4.1.0. For more information see the Bold360 and BoldChat Developer Center.

Enhanced Widget Preview in Article Editor

For the widget preview in the Article Editor, besides selecting the widget configuration, you can now also select whether you want to see the selected configuration as defined for the floating, embedded or Advise widget.

The widget preview can now also display draft articles. For more information about the widget preview, see How to use the widget preview in the Article Editor.

New sorting options for FAQs in widget configuration

Now you have the option to change the order of the FAQ articles in the widget configuration. Besides popularity, you can choose from the following options:

Alphabetical order
Reverse alphabetical order
Last modified date, where the most recently modified article is listed first

By default, articles in your FAQ are sorted by popularity. For more information see How to display FAQs in the floating widget as first interaction
